IMPACT LITIGATION
Impact litigation entails the use of law as a tool for structural reform. Disadvantaged communities remain disadvantaged, particularly as a result of a failure on the part of many stakeholders to deal with structural factors which continue to marginalise the majority
PARTNERSHIPS
Having conducted research, the Foundation concluded that the current challenges surrounding ground level impact and sustainability are interlinked with cultural and class gaps which are result of South Africa’s history.
BUSINESS INCUBATION
With unemployment numbers continuing to soar, the Foundation has identified that there will not be sufficient jobs in the economy to employ youths of the current employable age. Therefore the solution to South Africa’s unemployment is and continues to lie in fostering the culture of entrepreneurship
