With unemployment numbers continuing to soar, the Foundation has identified
that there will not be sufficient jobs in the economy to employ youths of the
current employable age. Therefore the solution to South Africa’s unemployment
is and continues to lie in fostering the culture of entrepreneurship

Business incubation focuses on ground level-based engagement with potential
entrepreneurs with a emphasis on ;
• Idea generation
• Concept articulation and development
• Concretisation & bankability
• The employment of the Foundation’s existing network to source business
mentorship and funding to viable business ideas

The Foundation, depending on the extent of financial resources, aims to establish
‘innovation spaces’ to kickstart this process. Phase one of the ‘innovation spaces’ drive will consist of a deployment of digital technology to invite, identify and screen potentially viable business ideas.
